1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the AGLC website () and participating in the raffle, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the AGLC 50/50 Raffle, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be physically located within the province of Alberta.
- Provide accurate and complete personal information during enrollment.
3. Licence and Regulatory Compliance
The AGLC 50/50 Raffle is licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Alberta under licence number RAF1506623.
4. Ticket Packages
- Tickets are available in packages: 5 for $5, 25 for $10, or 100 for $20 per bi-weekly pay period.
- All enrollment commitments are ongoing until cancellation is requested.
- Payments are automatically deducted from payroll each pay period.
5. Draw and Prizes
- Draws take place bi-weekly coinciding with the pay schedule.
- One winning ticket is drawn each period. The winner receives 50% of ticket sales.
- The remaining 50% goes to support community programs.
6. Winner Notification
Winners are notified by email and must respond within 30 days to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes are handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
7. Prize Distribution
Prizes are distributed by cheque or electronic transfer within 30 business days of claim verification. Winners may need to provide government-issued identification.
8. Use of Proceeds
50% of all ticket sales goes to support community programs and initiatives.
9. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your enrollment information. Notify us immediately of any changes to your contact details.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada.
